Do I need to buy the carpet myself?
Either works. You can choose and buy your own carpet, or we can source it for you and advise on what will wear well for the room.
Will you take the old carpet away?
Yes. Lifting the old carpet and underlay and taking it away is part of the job, so you are not left with a pile of old carpet to get rid of.
Do I need new underlay?
Usually, yes. Old underlay flattens over time, and a new carpet laid on worn underlay feels thinner underfoot and wears out faster. We will tell you at the quote if yours is fine to keep.
